Additional Event Information

To help make your arrival and experience as smooth as possible, please review the following event details:

• Finding the Venue: GPS directions may lead you to the south end of the property. Event signage will be posted along the route, but please keep an eye out for the Circle R gate, which serves as the primary event entrance.

• Cell Service: Cell phone reception is extremely limited both on the drive up the hill and at the event site. We recommend reviewing directions before you leave and coordinating with your group in advance.

• Parking & Carpooling: Parking is available on-site; however, space is limited. We strongly encourage guests to carpool whenever possible to help reduce traffic and parking congestion. See Parking map here.

• Accessibility: Transportation will be available from the parking area to the event site for guests with mobility concerns or those who would prefer assistance reaching the venue. ADA parking is available upon request.

• Dress Comfortably: While summer days in Napa can be warm, temperatures often cool down after sunset. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for the evening.

• Footwear: The event will take place primarily on grass. Boots, flats, or comfortable shoes are recommended for the best experience!

• Check-In: Physical tickets are not needed!

• Seating: All tables for Summer BBQ will be open seating with the exception of Sponsor Tables that will be marked with signage!
