Foundation Annual Fundraiser
As we celebrate the end of harvest and look forward to the upcoming holiday season, we invite you to participate in GivingTuesday on November 30, an annual fundraising effort that Napa County Farm Bureau undertakes during the month of November to continue all of the critical work our organization does on your behalf.
GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of giving. GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Since then, it has grown into a year-round global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give and collaborate with their favorite non-profit organizations.
We undertake an annual fundraising drive once a year during this time to ask you to generously give to the Napa County Farm Bureau Foundation and ensure that we are able to continue the charitable work that we perform on your behalf to ensure a sustainable future for agriculture in the Napa Valley.
Among many our many accomplishments this year, some of our highlights include:
· College scholarships for high school seniors pursuing college study of agriculture
· Supporting Napa County 4-H and FFA students and their school education projects
· COVID-19 relief efforts for farm workers and their families
· Leading the effort to get over 2,500 ag workers vaccinated for COVID-19 at no cost
· Continuing education vineyard and winery classes for Napa County ag workers
