7TH ANNUAL MEADOW MUFFIN AG EDUCATION GOLF TOURNAMENT May 14, 2010 at Eagle Vines Golf Club
The 2010 AITC Golf Tournament was a huge success, thanks to NCFB members, Directors and supporters of AITC.The tournament was held May 14 at Eagle Vines Golf Club in south Napa.AITC was thrilled to host a contest with golfers hailing from all over California, representing many facets of agriculture. Golfers gathered at Eagle Vines early for a full buffet breakfast and registration.The shotgun started at 8:45.Thus began a long and entertaining round of golf complete with fun contests on several holes, refreshments, and plenty of good-natured competition.
Following the tournament, golfers retreated to a delicious buffet lunch at the clubhouse.Magnum wine bottles were awarded to players for achievement on the course, as well as a live and silent raffle filled with goods.The AITC Golf Tournament remains a fun, light-hearted event with its heart in the right place- assisting agriculture education efforts in our county.
